It took only 5 minutes to walk to Holmes Road bus stop.

We were there for 1 night, overall had a really lovely stay.

Thanks everyone for a great stay on the 3rd night of my stay. Nothing too much trouble, liked this place and would recomand.

The hotel is fairly clean, with courteous personal, and offers beautiful location just next door to bars and shopping centre, the waterfront.

Our standard room was airy and functional with nice beds.

I liked staff and rooms, they were fab. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and it was great having an iron, an electronic key card and a work desk.

The property was very good budget and we had a fairly nice stay. We had a sensational breakfast, it included fruit, cheese and pastries. Optimal location to a popular tourist street.

Every detail was perfectly fine and I enjoyed it. The staff were professional and competent.

The staff was fabulously helpful and the room was compact with big beds. And it also had pleasant view. Early check-in and great customer service. A modern hotel in Lincoln.

Historic location, the restaurant was magnificent and the service was incredible. Loved air conditioning, coffee and super fast internet in the room. The very good staff was always available with all requests. The beach was awesome.

it was lovely time in lincoln. i thoroughly enjoyed that the sports bar was impeccably clean. the service in general was marvellous.

Attractive and competitive value for money against other hotels in Lincoln. The food was FABULOUS and the bed was comfortable. We had a king room, and we truly enjoyed it.

I recommend you to eat at The Electric, that is set 400 metres away. Sincerely, it was a good stay...

It was in general a wonderful experience. Rising Cafe, where you can eat, is easy walk to the hotel. Greatly enjoyed that the property was close to the train station, 20 minutes' walk.
